![]() ![]() Of course, these ones are not exactly oriented towards specific type of tournament, but are quite general. Best option would be to cater them.ġ) explanation of terrain: at least units placement on the battlefield ģ) testing the waters with high initiative unit (might confuse many players.so.might be an overkill). Proper suggestion would be that players shouldn't fight against such comps, at least in 3+ rounds and using auto-fight. add some not so perfect or "hard" comps, that consists of enemies that compensate each others weaknesses, for gems let's say 3 heavy melee units, 3 light ranged 1 heavy ranged. You could throw in exact numbers about army strenghts in each round just to support this statement.Īlso, looks like you picked the most perfect enemy comps to illustrate fights (at least image-wise). Every penny counts, so it's better so save goods until the point when fights can't be won at all or are just hard to win. Example: many players think that catering in a first few rounds is a good idea, because costs are low.which, of course, is not the case because exactly in these rounds fights are the easiest (it's nearly impossible to lose even with auto-fight). There are some practical tips that can be given and that aren't as obvious as "this unit beats this unit". ![]() The most important things (in my opinion) are lacking. It's possible that you just might be in one of the more difficult spells of the Spire at the moment.Would love to see tips about upcoming Marble tournament before it starts though, just to test if it's of any use to inexperienced players. I do it because I want the time instants in general. More like a love hate relationship with it. Overall I have mixed feelings on the Spire. 14 city is absolutely thrilled to get those items as I need them. 16 city I have more than enough PP spells to keep me going so those feel like a let down when I get them. I will have to say that some of the prizes I get in the Spire I am less than trilled about but that also depends on the city. But I also use a combination of fighting and negotiation in both cities. ![]() Overall right now in both cities the Spire seems easier. I seem to have spells where the Spire seems harder some weeks than others. It's all random unlike tourney which is set up to have certain troops appear certain weeks and seems to have easier and more difficult weeks purposefully built into it on a known pattern. For there seems to be no patterns or logic to the spire. Also alot of the chest prizes are all random as well. I think it's just the luck of the draw as the troops needed each week don't seem to follow any rhyme or reason. Last edited by a moderator: Jun 14, 2015. Sorry if I am just not seeing the point, seems like I am in credit now and not owing expansions. 16 city as the main response to your post as it is similar in stats I think to yours. If the new expansion earned had gone into City it would have cost 600,000 games coins or 750 in diamonds, with it going into Premium it wants 1000 diamonds. gotta say I'm really loosing interest in doing the Spire though I doubt I will stop playing it, I know it really helps the rest of the FS too. They are all military AW's as I only fight.Īnyways. I have 160 AW levels which probably isn't that high compared to those who've been playing longer. I'm probably soured on this too cause I've gotten nothing of value from the Spire in over a month (yay, my tenth library!). I think this is rather frustrating 'feature' of the spire, penalizing or negating the positive effects from increasing AW's. This past week, I'm at the point where I feel like I am not even getting enough timers to replace the troops the Spire is costing me. I'm in Chap 16 where research advances at snails' pace so nothing much happening there to effect it. The main factor I'm aware of is that as I level my AW's, Spire squads get larger. I have been noticing, entirely anecdotally, that the Spire is costing me more and more every week. ![]()
